In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), your personal data; Akın Nalça Promotion and Design Services Ltd. as the data controller. Sti. (“Company”) within the scope described below.

a) For What Purpose Your Personal Data Can Be Processed

Your collected personal data or personal data of a private nature; As stipulated by the law and the rule of good faith, in connection with the purposes of processing, in a limited and measured manner, accurately and up to date, with certain clear and legitimate purposes, your visit, business relationship, sales / leasing activities, promotion and marketing activities, activities offered by the Company, Planning and execution of activities necessary for the promotion of products and services, Execution of necessary operational activities within the Company and especially in places owned and / or operated by the Company, Planning and execution of commercial and / or business strategies in all projects of the Company, Including the conditions set forth in Article 5 and/or 6 of the Law, for the purposes of ensuring the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of the persons and companies, carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units for the realization of the activities carried out by our Company, and carrying out the related business processes. It can be processed based on the explicit consent of the data owner and/or if the explicit consent of the data owner is required.

b) To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred

Your collected personal data; Within the scope of realizing the above-mentioned purpose, the legally authorized public institutions, group companies, domestic/foreign companies with which the Company is in cooperation, the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, the purposes stated here and “harming the fundamental rights and freedoms of the persons concerned. It can be transferred based on the explicit consent of the data owner, within the framework of the purposes of “being mandatory for the legitimate interest of the Company and fulfilling the legal obligations of the Company” or if the explicit consent of the data owner is required.

c) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by the Company through physical and electronic methods, within the conditions specified in Article 5 and/or 6 of the Law, and/or based on the explicit consent of the data owner, if explicit consent is required. Your collected personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles a and b of this text.

d) Rights of Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the Law

As a personal data owner, we declare that you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

- Learning whether your personal data is processed or not,

- If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,

- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,

- Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in the country or abroad,

- Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant law provisions, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

- Objecting to a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

- Requesting the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit the applications regarding your rights provided above to the Company by filling out the Personal Data Owner Application Form, which you can access at www.modulrooms.com/aydinletmemetni. Your applications will be finalized free of charge, within thirty days at the latest, from the receipt of your request by the Company; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

In the application that includes your explanations regarding the right you have as the personal data owner and that you will make and request to use the above-mentioned rights; The subject you request must be clear and understandable, the subject you request is related to yourself or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and document your authority, the application must contain your identity and address information, and documents confirming your identity must be attached to the application.
