Modularity

We divide spaces into segments, spaces into segments, and time into rhythmic units, dividing them into smaller units to understand the world and make future developments more predictable.

Ettore Sottsass / Metaphors

"Modularity is everywhere"

The modular building is a product of the industrial age. In our modern era, it has become both a functional and a design element. The precision of industrially prefabricated components allows for unpredictable excellence in architecture. The designer's vision is implemented without transmission losses. It is used repeatedly and, if desired, regardless of location. And it is also constantly changing in itself.

Sustainability

"Modularity promotes sustainability"

Reusability, recyclability, flexibility and functionality of modular products,

makes them extremely conducive to sustainability.

Our products are functional and inspiring, they improve our lives.

They improve their environment, they do not consume environmental resources.

The use of high-quality materials, a long service life,

guarantees sustainability and conservation of resources.

burkhardt leitner modular spaces

For more than 50 years Burkhardt Leitner continued the tradition of the Bauhaus and the Ulm School, not only by preserving it, but by persistently developing it. Honored with numerous design awards, their modular architectural systems were and still do adhere to a morally, socially and economically legitimate aesthetic of function.

These systems have long existed in exhibitions, commercial spaces, offices and public spaces.
